Nice room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast
The hotel was peaceful, the room was nasty. The tub had mold all the way around it, the shampoo they give you was the worst I had ever used and the toilet paper roll holder was coming out of the wall on top of that the pillows smelt like someone had sat a dirty butt on it. I also want to point out, you better be right on time for breakfast because the lady puts it up about 10 min early regardless of having kids and driving for hours. This hotel is absolutely ridiculous it has mold and is failing apart and they charge more than what it is worth when it is falling apart. The hotel needs a deep clean and to be redone.
We were locked in our room . Yes IN the room . Door would not open
The customer service was great however the rooms weren’t in best shape.. my room leaked during a rainstorm and the leak was right above the air conditioner unit.. not safe. I had to get towels from the restroom to clean up the mess. I paid nearly almost $200 for this room and you mean to tell me the rooms were in this condition?
