The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. Everything in the room was dirty. Although the hotel advertises itself as smoke-free, people were smoking, and the smell carried throughout the property. The carpet was filthy it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned or vacuumed in years. The bathtub was extremely slippery, and it was obvious that housekeeping was not cleaning it properly. Be careful here! Bugs of every kind. I am headed to Walmart to buy co tractor bags and tape for all my belongings, enough said.
Absolutely disgusting room, service was below par when concerns were brought to staffs attention they made me feel like I was asking too much from them or like it didnt matter and blew it off. Was kept awake till after 1am due to people being outside playing music and dogs barking in the room next door not to mention that someone was using a key card in our reader to try and get into our room. Will NEVER visit again and would not recommend to anyone. The pictures on their website DO NOT represent what you are getting!!!!
Don’t stay here. Musty rooms and parking was suspect. The TGI Fridays in the picture online is closed. I was there on business and was told the building was sold and they would not be there after the Little League events this year in August. OBTW they ask for a $50 deposit after you get there for damages which you get back in 2-5 business days. Go ahead and pay the extra to stay at other hotels. Hope I see my $50 again.
The location and space is great. But the rooms are old and not cleaned, specially the carpet stinks. Breakfast was pretty basic - bread, waffle and eggs.
