Room wasn’t spotless but nonetheless it was very clean and comfortable. Sheets had a small stain on it and underside toilet lid wasn’t spotless either but besides that, great staff, affordable, and very nice rooms. -J.W

If the place had a microwave and fridge it would have been perfect. Clean rooms. Great value.

The mattress had such a sway in the middle my lower back hurt each morning......time for a new mattress. The toilet you couldn't just flush and walk away, had to hold handle till it was completely empty. The freezer in the refrigerator has alot of ice.....needs defrosted. The outside light did not work. I guess it was OK cleaning wise and breakfast was fine. The front desk should be more informative to each guest. I had to go online to see what times breakfast was available and checkout time.

I've had several stays at the Quality Inn at Williamsport, all were incredible. My last visit, especially noteworthy due to outstanding customer service. The kind man working the front desk initially put me in a room, that was right next to some very rude and noisy people. When I went into my room I could hear rap music, and very loud talking, more like shouting. These people had no regard for the experiences of other guests.
