We got to the hotel and the first room we got the key card did not work so got switched to another room they down graded our room from 2 queen beds to 2 regular beds and that room did not have an inside door knob so you couldn’t get out of the room so again we got switched to another room that one had no mini fridge this place I will never stay again poor quality in every aspect
We had a bad experience they moved us 4 times to different rooms because each room was nasty and dirty they didn't offer anything and said those things happens. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
Outdated, floor is filthy, mold around the bathtub
We checked in on April 7 and out on April 8. First room’s a/c unit was way too loud and asked for a different room. Second room’s sink had dirty water in it and would not drain. Desk clerk, Laurel was outstanding!! She came with a drain snake and tried to unstop the sink, that didn’t work, so she came back with a plunger and was able to unstop the sink. The bathtub would drain, but very slowly and the plunger would not work. So again she came back with the snake and unclogged the bathtub drain. She also cleaned up everything... read more
