Do not stay here! Room smelled of heavy bug spray. Pillows are tiny squares. Room was damp and stinky. Man at front counter was very rude and wasn’t happy to be there. Breakfast was cold gravy with cold biscuits with a handful of small things. The man came from behind the counter to get his breakfast which was cereal that was empty so he filled it and with his bare hands reached in and ate right out of the container. Friendly staff, breakfast coffee or tea.
I absolutely love this place. The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable. The sheets/blankets, etc have this pleasant smell, like well water, but in a good way. NO bugs!! Whatever this place is doing with maintaining their beds, they are doing it right. This is the perfect place to vacation at, just for sleeping. I always feel very relaxed and at home here. ⭐ 1-Star Review – Quality Inn, Muncie, Indiana Stayed June 10, 2026. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and would give it 1 star. The room was very hot, and the air conditioning did not work well enough to keep the room comfortable. There was also a strong musty odor that made me concerned about possible mold or moisture issues. As someone with asthma and allergies, I experienced increased symptoms during my stay, including coughing, throat tightness, and difficulty breathing. I frequently visit a couple friends that stay there semi permanently. It's a real nice clean place for people to stay. Always fresh coffee, and the have continental breakfast on weekends. And 85 a night for 2 king sized beds is cheap of you ask me. And they have very nice clean rooms And a pool! Definitley reccomend.
