ZERO. Gross gross. Immediately got a refund. Stains all over bedding. Bleached spots from previous and what seems to be urine.
Room was clean. We were on a motorcycle and I left the key on which ran the battery down. In the morning the bike would not start so a staff member went and bought jumper cables. That did not work so another staff member drove me to an auto parts store where I bought a battery charger. Staff went beyond helpful.
Horrible! They charged me for my room twice. Then they also charged a random 50 dollars to my card two weeks after the stay. I called to get a refund for the additional unauthorized charges and was told they would go ahead and process a refund and that the charges were a “mistake” A week goes by still no refund, so we call again to find out THEY NEVER PROCESSED A REFUND when they said they did. Finally today we were able to get our refund processed for real this time. I feel so violated and scammed by this establishment. Not... read more
The hotel was run down & filthy. First room had no electricity. 2nd room, TV & light didn't work. Toilet was filthy. In my opinion, miss this place.
