Mold on bathroom ceiling....exhaust had not been working for quite some time. I did tell management about this and a lamp not working, no clock, iron, coffee cups to go with coffee pot. Musty smelling hotel...all over. TV is mounted so low that you can't watch it while laying in bed. You have to sit up. The bed was comfortable, but that's the only positive. I would NEVER stay there again. No one seemed to care. You might want to consider another chain...I was very disappointed in this Days Inn.
Went there for my wife weekend and get into the room half the light didn't work, alarm clock didn't work, breakfast was in editable,not to mention when I told a shower the curtain and stains all over the fridge not desk after telling them I want a manager a second time to called now sat at 11:59 pm offer a new room what the point now bc u already got all my stuff for all over and a beer filled cooler up stair

Very disappointed...the lady that ran front desk in San Antonio also cooked breakfast...orange juice machine broke, no milk, no coffee...should I say she didn't need to waste her time as she was only one there trying to cook sausage & scrambled eggs in a microwave...The room was alright but A/C didn't get cool and not cleaned properly...I will say the swimming pool was nice for kids to play but would not stay there again until Days Inn steps in and makes it up to there quality and not cheap at $109 a night!!
Called and made reservation on Friday for Saturday. Good to know you can still find smoking rooms. Needed one smoking and one non smoking. Contintel breakfast was great and busy!
We had a nice experience. Very accommodating and the rooms were perfect. Will differently be back for future vacations!
Only thing I got frustrated with that our keys didn't work and then we had to keep getting knew ones at the front desk and especially when u had ur hands full And there was only one waffle maker and u had to stand long line to just waffle and especially if someone is making like 3 at time... it's was ridiculous! But other then that everything was great nice rooms got everything u need...
