Booked this hotel because it had good reviews on Expedia but was very disappointed with my stay. There was a fire alarm going all night that apparently no one could fix. The front desk staff was extremely unhelpful and uninterested in doing their job. They also only had waffles and cereal for breakfast items which is not what was advertised. Additionally, the rooms were extremely hot when we arrived and to top it all off the coffee in the morning was terrible. Overall, not a great stay. Will not be staying here again.
We prefer the clean simple dog friendly rooms. Tile floors, always clean, no smiles. Clean, comfortable, beds. Micrwave and Refrigerater. Nice...
