I stayed at the Quality Inn in Lake Forest CA on August 16, 2021. I’ve used their accommodations around 35 times in the past. Check-in and the afternoon-evening staff are excellent. Morning staff is another matter. I’m handicapped and require a luggage cart which is always in short supply or nonexistent. The morning clerk’s attitude is usually extremely negative and of little help in finding a cart. Be aware of this if you visit.
