The transportation from the airport and to Port Everglades was great. However the room itself looked like something from a 1990’s horror movie. Extremely dirty room, one of our beds had food crumbs in it. We asked for the sheets to be changed they brought us an extra blanket. There was un-flushed urine in the toilet, and to wrap it up the tub had a big black strand of hair in it. With a name like “Quality” Inn, I guess we just expected a little more emphasis on quality. We stayed last night! It is AMAZING!!! Very clean! Nice patio and clean pool! Breakfast was awesome! Friendly staff, clean environment! Plenty of towels in our room and best of all you cannot beat the price!!! If I may recommend something, the only thing that could make it better is adding a children’s cereal to the breakfast bar. Had a booking at this hotel for 1 night. Checked in at 11am and still by 3pm my room wasn’t ready. Asked reception when the room will be ready, told me I had to keep waiting and maybe 3:30 it will be ready. Terrible service!!!
Guest Relations is a joke. No working air conditioner, no smoke alarm. Guest relations tells us we were looking for excuses and things wrong!
