⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Vimal at the front desk for going far above and beyond what anyone could expect. A friend of mine had stayed at the inn and accidentally left several packages behind before traveling back home to Jamaica. The first night the air conditioner stopped and started to leak. The toilet backed up and the person at the front desk asked , did you plunge it. What the hell am i paying you for if i do it ? The toilet paper roller was hanging out of the wall and to top it all off the bottom of the door wasn't secure. You can see outside off the room from the bottom of the door. The name shouldn't be called quality inn , it should be unqualified inn.
The stay was terrible and the room was not cleaned to acceptable Standards...bed was unmade and further inspection revealed Filthy sheets..Never slept in it...slept as best I could at desk in the chair with my head on the desk the entire night til morning.. no phone connection and refrigerator didn't cool items...no thermostat at all.
Room dirty and falling apart. The front desk lady was helpful and nice Near the interstate.
