When viewing this property many years ago, Jeff Bae built a layer over the ceiling to hide the fact that he has old stucco with asbestos, which is very expensive to remove. The room had a lower ceiling. Also, it was difficult visiting this location because you can’t make a left into the property from the main road. I would be very cautious trusting the owner and his family.
