Really nice clean hotel. Everyone wanted to help . One of the guys there gave me his recliner to use. Really appreciated that. We will come to your hotel again when we stay on Brainard. Thankyou so very much for everything.
The Quality Inn/Econo Lodge of Brainerd was a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, with coffee available. The check-in staff was incredibly kind, and the maintenance staff were very helpful! My keycard did not work at first, and of course they handled that with promptness and kindness. This hotel is full of character from the 1960's. It is being remodeled from it's old image as Ramada Inn and Holiday Inn. I found that the long hallways were memorable and interesting. Your Reservation Help Sucks!!! I've tried to Set up a Reservation 4 Times Tonight and I keep getting Kicked Out...Ever since you got New Owners, it's been going Downhill...I'll Call in the Morning and Set up a Reservation instead!! Apparently you can't do it at Night ...And I Really liked your Hotel too!!!
