Everyone at this hotel as been so friendly and welcoming. Especially Chris and Lilly they both make feel welcome and do everything to help you. Such a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Will definitely be back
There was confusion about how long my boss had the room for and the housekeeper was very confrontational. She was very rude. I checked out by 11: 21 when I realized the room was only booked till that day. Maybe teach your employees that there manners effect your business. Location is great, the whole hotel has a musty smell and definitely needed a deep clean. I was on the first floor and had to listen to the people above me walk around.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Michele at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Whether it was answering questions, giving directions, or just greeting guests with a smile, she consistently went above and beyond. This place has bent over backwards for me. I got stranded on the highway. I’m from Wisconsin and was on my way to Georgia. My car decided to blow its engine. I got brought to this hotel by the mechanic shop. From day one they put me under there wing. I was completely stranded with nothing. Michelle and the whole crew worked together to get me through and found me a ride to my semi truck in GA. They also made sure I had food and snacks and deodorant, anything I needed.
