Location was good for where I needed to be, but it is a bit out of the way from most things nearby. Breakfast offered was basic, but met the needs. Room had some small damage on the walls and a burnt out light bulb in the bathroom, but it was fine overall. Worked okay for a quick weekend trip, but probably wouldn't do any type of extended stay there.
This place is 100% as advertised. No big surprises, good or bad. Rooms are nice for the $. Very clean. Quiet. Beds are comfy. Convenient location to LBTL & Grand Rivers w/o the price. My only complaint would be the breakfast: scrambled eggs are powdered, not much variety, and ends at 9 AM on weekends. Note: there is NO ELEVATOR, so request a ground floor room if that's an issue for you.
