Couldn't find my reservation then put me in the wrong room waited over a hour to get it fixed had to be up for a game by 6am with a child

The hotel is very good and well maintained. Staff were friendly and took care of couple of my requests very well. Highly recommend .

I stayed here because a family member had already made the booking. I was charged twice the price advertised on line, with no explanation. Furnishings were all worn, and our arm chair was dingy with obvious stains. Bathroom fan is hooked to the light switch, so you always have to listen to it. Sheets and towels were clean, breakfast was decent, staff were friendly. Would not choose this establishment again because of the price discrepancy and heavily soiled armchair. Horrible experience. Was given a hotel room with bedbugs on sheets (can send photo is Google lets me attach). Covers had holes in them. When told they gave me what was supposed to be a Jacuzzi suite. The room reeked of smoke, tub was dirty and sheets had pubic hair. Was over it at that point but it was late at night. They finally gave me a 3rd room, but this one had a big spider in the sink. Really horrible experience and I hope to not have those bed bugs from the first room follow me home

Horrible place to stay. I do not recommend staying here. Floors were absolutely disgusting, not swept or mopped. Toilet wouldn't flush, no Toilet paper. Stains on the towels. Over all not a good place to stay and definitely will never stay again.
