If you look at the attached picture of the breakfast you will see what appears to be warmers for a nice warm breakfast. However what you get is one waffle maker, cereal, a selection of pastries to warm up in microwave or toaster. I complained to the person at the desk and he said it was a continental breakfast. Front desk people were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend staying here!
this place is disgusting drug addicts roam the hallways the staff are on drugs worst of all there are registered sex offenders on Megan's law that live at this hotel where kids frequent sheets are stained rooms smell of cat urine and the guy Danny who claims to be the owner is rude and approved these sex offenders to live here stay far away
Had to leave the hotel due to bed bugs. The manager wanted no part of the complaint even after we supplied a doctor's note and pictures. The manager was very rude claims after we left he had a exterminator come in and didn't find anything but he would not show us the exterminators report. Would not refund our money . Stay away from this hotel
This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. If you are a woman traveling alone do not stay here. I felt very unsafe. The first negative was the hotel was very dark outside and gave off creepy vibes. Next, I walk into the lobby to be greeted by a clerk covered in horror movie tattoos and upside-down cross ear plugs. This was at 11pm and his choice of tattoos only added to the scary atmosphere. Very clean!! The staff is very friendly and if there's a problem they on it ASAP. They try their very best to accommodate you.
Horrible experience! The first night was in a room that did not smell good, like an old musty hotel. Also, we discovered the next day that the room was infested with ants that ruined my wife's birthday cake. We were moved to another room in which the air conditioning did not work and it was 90+ degrees that day! We asked to cancel the 3rd night of our stay and was told that would not be a problem, however, management refuses to refund the final night of our stay....we were lied to by the hotel!
Had bugs on table and running across tv screen. Kitcken not clean shelf holding toaster had crumbs on it. Toilet did not flush properly.
In 30 years of travel,this motel is by far the worst!!!!Do not make a deposit,, it will be stolen!! Horrific staff, if minus a thousand star rating was possible that would be it!!!
