Checked in around 2am. The temperature outside was 5 degrees, we got to the room and the heater was off. The room was around 25 degrees, and took two hours to warm it up!
I stay here because of my job, last two time I have checked in on Sunday the elderly lady upfront was about as rude as you can be to someone. Asked for a downstairs room the last two times and I always end up in the same room, 431. The couch has burns in it and it is all the way in the back. The clerk at check in tells me that is the only room they have available for me and laughs at me when I ask for another room. When we checked in the receptionists ignored us and was rude. When we woke up the next day we had a bill slid under the door for more than we signed for the previous day(not for damages or anything, just for the room), not sure how you can charge someone for more after they previously signed for an amount, but apparently here they can. Beds were clean. Pool was nice.
Hotel was very clean...room we had was big. Pillows were small and A.C. was loud...nice quiet stay though
Great for our one night stopover comfortable and pleasant
I have stayed . in approx 15-20 hotels and motels since.may 2015. And by far Quality was the best. A 5 star
Very nice hotel, well cared for property. Very nice staff.
