The room was ok but we paid an extra $10 for a room with a balcony but weren't told the balcony was overlooking the dumpster and parking lot. When we got to the hotel and were walking in a mouse ran out at us. The continental breakfast consisted of 3 different flavors of prepackaged pastries only. Most of the channels on tv weren't available or weren't coming in. When I made the reservation I was given one price, of course he said that was without tax but when I got here it was $25 more. nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, the sheets are washed and clean. Near walmart and other food places, quiet. the bath tub is clean and it drains well. towels are white and clean. worth the price we paid.
General Manager was one of the rudest people I have ever seen.
Very terrible service . I can’t believe how poorly we were treated . Never ever will be going there again.
Recommendedit was very good and it seems like people with these working here are very hardworking people they need a race and they need to be treated with more respect and this place is awesome thank you so much
Staff super friendly! Evening check in guy recommended where to eat and it was delicious! Morning crew for breakfast was awesome! The room was clean! Thank you for having us over for the night! See you next time!
