Food service good Key cards for door...poor Attitude of staff about helping relating key cards ...poor They seemed very bothered to help us. Bed ok Room clean. I can't door business with Hotel whose room keys di not work.
Read reviews and saw they were all great for a month leading up to our trip to take daughter back to school. Room was clean and thought all was great. Stayed in room 117 the night of 8/12/26 & 8/13/26. Wife and I got bed bugs from there. Thought one bump was just a mosquito bite friday morning but as they day went on more popped up all over us and in rows. Called the hotel and they didnt care. Said the room is booked by others and when they leave they will have a pest control company come in. Will never stay at this hotel ag... read more
Air conditioner was that good. Bed wasn't comfortable... maybe because room was too warm. Uncomfortable night.
Used to go to Fairfield Inn, I-35, exit 109, but it rebranded, so this Quality Inn in my new best place to stay when I visit friends and dance partners in the OKC area...
