Staff is absolutely amazing at the front desk. Can't get any better. The facility could get better but I gave it five stars because of the staff alone
One of the beds had dirty sheets. Management tried to imply that we did it. Eventually did replace sheet, but with a bad attitude. Very sarcastic.
This place is nasty. Blood on my bed covers.
