The indoor pool looked clean but it is not heated and therefore was too cold to use.
Staff is absolutely amazing at the front desk. Can't get any better. The facility could get better but I gave it five stars because of the staff alone
One of the beds had dirty sheets. Management tried to imply that we did it. Eventually did replace sheet, but with a bad attitude. Very sarcastic.
