**☆☆☆☆ – Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience I've Ever Had** If I can give 0 stars I would!! I honestly don't know how this hotel is still in business. From the moment we walked in, it was one problem after another. The lobby was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. There was dirt, trash, and an overall unpleasant smell that immediately made us question staying there. Service and location was acceptable. However, the room was not. The first floor windows had no lock. Employee at front desk did provide a stick to keep it from being opened. Phone was beeping as if off the hook even though it was firmly in the hook. Had to disconnect. TV had to be adjusted because the cable was loose. Employee did assist. Bathtub was dirty. Sheets had stains.
They just need to do some deep cleaning here at this hotel and put in new A/C units in the rooms! Other than that it was ok jus to have a little bit fun and just to go to sleep because u been on the road to long JS! Its alright 😏
Choice hotels need to renovate every location in every city and state! 3rd stay this year in 2 states and 3 different cities and they all have the same problem. Stained and ripped sheets. The desk manager said the towels were in the dryer every time I asked and they do not have washcloths. I was given 2 towels and I was staying for 6 days! The floors are sticky and the room has stains on the walls, lamps, and tub. There was also rotting on the wood that holds the nasty refrigerator.
