Heat wasn't working in the room and they still haven't returned the deposit. They finally returned the deposit.
I really do enjoy the clean rooms, clean linens, complimentary breakfasts, & the custom service is excellent quality.
My stay here the last 2days were exceptionally good! I slept like a baby i only wished I had a room closer. I'm disabled/handicap & the layout of the hotel is a first for me. The 1st floor is downstairs & the lobby is on the 2nd floor but I'll definitely be back. & I got my deposit back so fast thanks alot
