Ms.Lashawnda, is definitely an asset to the hotel staff. She has great communication and she is a great problem solver! She is very helpful and friendly. Lashawnda really made our stay a 5 star experience. And for my future trips to Saint Louis I will definitely look forward to booking this location.
You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. All of the ice machines don’t work except for the 3rd floor. Our key for the room stopped working. The ac unit in our room barely worked(kept waking up soaked in sweat) and the room had a slight mildew/mold smell. when we went to check in it took 20-30 before someone came to the front counter. It wasn’t a completely horrible experience but it’s the cheapest around for a reason
The hotel seems to be in financial trouble and therefore the customer service falls. Main topics. Hotel appears to be running down with no upkeep appearance. A large shopvac just sitting in the hall by the elevators and never moved during entire stay. If you are into smoking weed then this is your spot. The smell was horrible and says something when the hotel has no desire to remove said weed smokers who are obviously smoking indoors. Heat wasn't working in the room and they still haven't returned the deposit. They finally returned the deposit.
