The person at the front desk was polite & helpful. Upon entering the room it was freezing. The heating system was unplugged! After about 3 hours at 90 degrees it became tolerable. We ordered food to be delivered from a menu in the room. Couldn't thoroughly enjoy it because we were wrapped up in our coats and blankets. Unfortunately that wasn't the worst part!! Good option to make less expensive and free breakfast
I enjoyed my stay here for 2 nights. It's a quite and cozy place, clean and well organized rooms. Nice and friendly staff. I don't like that the entrance is open and anyone can acess the floors.
Housekeeping and maintenance were great. However, desk did not provide service promised, and were disrespectful. That's why the service score is so low. Veer called me "gramps" several times, when "madam"would have sufficed. Better yet, he could have called me by my name, he was holding a paper in his hand with my name on it. Honestly, if you just need some where to rest for a night this place is it. It’s clean,the people in the front desk are very polite and they offer free breakfast.
