BEDBUGS BEDBUGS BEDBUGS Had to leave in the middle of the night after an infestation of bed bugs came crawling across the sheets. The staff was not only disrespectful and unhelpful but they will refuse to give me a refund.
BED BUGS! Booked a room here in August 2025. Went out for the night and when we returned, we noticed both beds were infested with bed bugs. The employee at the front desk was extremely unhelpful, denied it even after seeing proof. Terrible service, terrible quality, poor sanitation. DO NOT BOOK HERE
If You need a place close to the Tropicana, this place will do (3 min walk). Typical 2 level motel. All room doors face outward toward roads. Surprisingly, the noise in the room was nonexistent 👍. The room was a good size and the bed was confortable (this is where they put their money). Breakfast waffles, muffins were good (eggs were dry). Price was reasonable. We stayed one night and we were out the majority of the time.
For the money a good deal. Free breakfast, good water pressure for shower, refrigerator in room, TV, AC, plenty of towels. Would stay again if I couldn't get a room oceanfront. Lots of room, nice sized shower.
