Choice app directed me to where quality inn used to be. I paid through the app and didn't find it at the location so I rented a room elsewhere. Quality kept my money and refused to return it. Wouldn't even call me back after saying they would. Choice won't refund either. They said quality has to. What a bunch of irresponsible thieves!

I came there Wednesday night it was late to get a room and I stood at the counter for 5 min even called the phone and it just rang no one came to the desk to check me in. Very poor service . I didn’t see anyone around any where I even said hello nothing . I won’t be coming back here . You need better front desk people

Need a place to stay while looking at properties at 9:00 a.m. called ask what time is check out was told 11:00 asked if I could have a 12:00 check out. They said no the latest is 11:30. Entering the room we noticed the toilet water was high to the rim. I had to call for a plunger and opted to do it myself to get it done quickly and not to hassle with a room change. I made a reservation at this hotel and then I ended up having to call to cancel because I got sick. They told me that I was not on the reservations at all and did not even have me in. I called the hotel directly and spoke to someone at the front desk when I made my reservation and gave them my information. But low and behold even though I have canceled and they told me I wasn't even on there, they still stole my money. And now they won't give it back. There's nothing they can do they say.
