Absolutely terrible!! They claim to be a “resort and spa” but more accurately compare to a Motel 6. All “hotel” rooms can be accessed from the outdoors- which scared me being a pregnant female who was traveling alone. My door didn’t shut properly, I had to slam is shut and lock it for safety. The bed sheets were very uncomfortable, like paper towel. The room was dirty and smelled old/ musty. I wasn’t going to make a big deal because I was just passing through the city on a business trip.
