I’ve been coming up to Brattleboro for years and watched this hotel get worse and worse by the year. Everything is falling apart from the rooms to housekeeping to their breakfasts. The rooms are falling apart. The bathroom walls and caulking around the sink are badly peeling off, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The bathtub had hair in it (after housekeeping came) that was obviously not ours, stains on the sheets, all around not clean. They never have enough food and constantly running out. Updated next morning: Bed bugs coming out of the pillows. I checked between the matress and box spring, but didn't check the pillows. My wife woke me up with them on her early. Called the desk, they credited the room after seeing them. Bagged up our stuff in trash bags, eat an uninspired continental breakfast, and left, not likely to return. The towels were filthy the bathroom vent is moldy. The carpet had disgusting stains on it. No microwave, rusty tissue holder in the bathroom. Drains no strainer in the shower and sink I will never stay there again. $170 a night with tax

Quality Inn supports the gun industry, even AFTER the recent school massacres. There are other good hotels along this stretch of Route 5.
We travel a lot. The manager of this hotel is top notch, always taking care of the customers needs. We drive an electric car and he made sure that we were able to charge our car every night during our weekend stay. My wife is a Housekeeping Manager in Canada. She was very happy with the room and the attention from the housekeepers when we needed something. Breakfast is all you can eat buffet. Can't go wrong with this place.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly when we where there last Saturday.The room was neat and clean, a good value.
Bed bugs in our room which bited my whole family specially me. that marks so badly! their workers not changing the bedlinen properly specially the comforter. outdated bathrooms and everything inside which you can smell how old is the place.!! bad experience with this town and this hotel!
