This hotel was absolutely disgusting. If it hadn’t been non refundable I would have left. There was rust on every piece of furniture and lights. The walls were… soggy? Dead roaches everywhere. They had put oil or something on the bathroom floor that made it so slick I almost fell every single time I walked in. There was a 1/2 inch gap all around the door. I want about to try breakfast. I was so uncomfortable that I was up and out the door by 3:30 am. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!
They did not know how to gobe me my room after I had reservations. I didn't get into my roo. Until 3 hours later it was midnight before they figured it out.

We were happy with our room and check in process (Melissa was fantastic), the pool is very nice and there’s a nice little outdoor seating area to relax at. However, as we were checking out, I was grabbing coffee this morning and I was scolded for attempting to fill my own reusable coffee cup with the complimentary coffee in the lobby by the front desk lady.
