Whoever owns this hotel really needs to invest in getting it updated to a decent state. The TV didn’t work, the phone didn’t work so I could call and report the faulty tv, there was hair on the sink, hair stuck in a brown liquid on one of the bars of soap, the dresser pull handle was broken, the front of the dresser drawer looked like something had spilled inside and it leaked out the front, the mirror looked like it hadn’t been cleaned recently, the pool was frigid, and the whole place smelled… and with different smells. I’m usually not the type to post reviews or a “Karen” but I am extremely unsatisfied with our room and our first night here we paid over 400$ for 3 nights to enjoy our little vacation away from home in “Cleveland” and I’m already missing home.
