Needs upgrading, breakfast just ok, had to defrost refrigerator to us it, tv remote did not work, entrance not well marked.
Very friendly staff. Beds super comfy and the best breakfest bar!!!
We had a great time there. Service staff was really helpful. Breakfast was really good. Only 2 floors so no elevator. Places nearby for quick bites. Close to Serpent Mound and various other sites.
We were happy for the nights rest, but we were very disappointed in the lack of upkeep of the room. The bed and pillows were comfy. The TV did have some freezing issues with the local stations. The curtains would not open. The toilet seat was broken, along with the lamp. They should have just removed the lamp rather than leaving the worthless lamp in the room. We had a nice stay! The room was nice and smelled good! The beds were comfy. Breakfast was nice! Thank you for a nice stay Quality inn! Oh the pool was fun!
