To start out the location as far as street wise depending on who you ask may be decent spot. next to a truck stop, close to interstate etc etc .. But , to the observative individual you can't see it at first , but if you look closely , there's a homeless camp surrounding the entire hotel , I was not sure if I would be able to get to my car and back considering it was late , I did not know if I would be robbed or if my car would be broken into this is 100%, wrong place to stay. Pleasant staff....quiet area ....good price....hot shower....comfy bed...
Very nice rooms and a pet friendly hotel. The only thing I disliked is there was no sliding doors to a patio. Yet it's really not necessary because this is a hotel off the interstate, which I'm assuming most people like ourselves just spend the night as they're traveling. The hotel was very clean, the bathroom was spotless with nice amenities like shampoo conditioner soap and lotion. Would stay here again
Non-functional internet
We stayed one night and paid 158$ which included a pet deposit of 30$! We paid that at check in . After checking out we received a email saying they were charging my account 158$ for the updated pet deposit in which we paid when we checked in so they charged us double and when we called they acted like it didn’t happen . We kept telling them we have different transaction ids and there response was we never got charged twice. So I had to open a dispute with the bank which is super inconvenient when your an over the road drive... read more
