Josh hotel desk clerk was the worst unprofessional staff member I ever dealt with. Management really needs to evaluate this person. I believe with an attitude like he had, he has no place working or greeting customers.

Easy parking and lowers rooms for the elderly and handicapped.
We were going to stay at this hotel during the Red River motorcycle rally during the Memorial Day weekend. 3 of our friends were in a major motorcycle accident where they are in critical condition. They were flown to Albuquerque so instead of checking in We attended to our friends. We explained our situation and asked if we could get a refund. The greedy owner would not even consider it. Real nice place and people, room is nice sized, clean, only bummer is the weather.
very clean and spacious rooms, neatly maintained area and the staff are top notched. good job guys.
be forewarned......no elevator.....other than that it was a good stay
Our experience was not the best. Room 125 felt like a room where someone passed away. From the smell of body fluids in the room, to the holes in the ceiling resembling bullet holes and dried blood on the phone it was a night mare. At least they refunded us for one of the two nights we were originally scheduled to stay but did not.
