this place was horrible. I called at 11 at night to tell them that my air conditioner was broken and it was hot and humid in the room. It just happened to be the last double Queen room for everyone else must have just got lucky. I asked if someone can look at it in the woman at the desk said that she wasn't much of a handyman.... so no one came

clean room, modern, pool and hot tub clean, next to kfc and behind advance auto parts large grass area to walk your dog
Pool was broken, Rooms were DISGUSTING, no elevator, air did not work well, we are traveling to St Louis from Colorado and were looking forward to the pool that they advertise and couldn't use it and our room was very dirty.The front desk lady was nice, the only good thing I can say. Will not recommend this Hotel.
$20 more expensive than the other hotels in the area. Booked online, mistake #1. Our room on the second floor, no elevator, had to haul all luggage up stairs to find wrong room. Come on down to ask for the room we reserved, it's on the first floor. Haul all the luggage back down. Head down to the pool hot tub (the reason we paid more) and find the hot tub to be broken :( The front desk worker states that "the guy was just here to fix it"... HA Would not recommend this for a traveling family!
RecommendedStaff is welcoming and helpful. Older property but well maintained. Has an indoor pool and hot tub that was a nice surprise. Beds are updated and comfortable. I stayed here while my sis was in the local hospital and got a preferred rate. Continental breakfast was great, nice variety. Great coffee! I'd stay here again.
The staff is very accommodating and joyful. Would we return???? Yes we would. A very enjoyable evening after a long day on the road. Who do you turn to? Quality Inn hotels that’s who.
