I would rate -0 if that was an option! Run down property, lobby and halls are disgustingly dirty, as soonest we entered the room we found roaches crawling on the bed! We cancelled out reservation, left me nauseous. Close down that hotel or change management
Very dirty hole in the door and tv was broken and didn't work we walked in and walked out do not stay very dirty cant get a refund still not worth staying
The TV was literally broken and the cable was out. There was a hole in the bathroom door. It was so dirty outside just trash everywhere. The only decent part was the clerk. He was actually nice and apologetic.
Direct TV not working. Clerk is working with the company to fix it.
This hotel was so dirty. It's terribly dilapidated in the building, the stairs were filthy, the help was rude and wouldn't get off their phone to help me check out, it reeked of mold and smoke, the floor tile was cracked, room numbers were hanging or gone altogether-one room even had a post it taped to the door as a room number. It felt very poorly cared for. I was calling to book a different Hotel and the person who helped me assured me that it was the same quality because it was a sister hotel.
