The room was nice and clean. It was big. The bed was so comfy.
Housekeeping did a terrible job. Mess on toilet was not. Cleaned up, didn't leave more coffee on second morning. Breakfast host was very rude.showed up 15 minutes before it was supposed to end and they rolled their eyes and made rude comments about people still coming in and they needed to clean up. My father is 84 years old and doesn't get up early or move real fast. It made him feel very bad. We were there on bad circumstances as it was and he did not need to hear their rude comments and be made to feel worse than the circ... read more
Dirty room, found hair in various places. Friendly staff at least.
Its terrible the lady that does the breakfast was rude as hell. I ask desk person n she argued with me also all I wanted was orange juice n what I got out of it they are all predjudice because I am a lakota Indian I asked who their boss is the lady hollered my boss is on vacation
Very nice hotel and clean rooms. Beds were comfortable and pillows were nice. The gal was very courtesy and pleasant. She knew her job and very professional.
