Loved every moment staying at hotel as all service was excellent, professional and kind. Very accommodation. Clean and spacious. Our request for help in obtaining a shuttle was very efficient. Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. Surprising quiet being near the airport.
We had a suite while visiting relatives. PROS: Great location - close to downtown, restaurants, etc. Breakfast is very good. The staff is helpful and friendly - especially the man who runs the breakfast area. He has good people skills. The room was comfortable and well taken care of. Covered parking is available. WiFi is fast and easy to get connected.

This hotel has reached a new low for customer service. If your trip is canceled 23 hours before check in they will charge you more then a full nights stay. Your flight gets canceled, to bad you get charged, The weather cancels your trip, to bad you get charged, there is a earth quake to bad you get charged. You have to cancel 24 hours prior to check in but can't because the manager has to approve it but wont be around for two days. There is no way to cancel when the manager is not around.
Wonderful! Had an advanced booking for two nights but arrived a day early to avoid traveling at night. Staff was gracious and welcoming and gave us the same reduced rate we had paid for the original stay. Room was nicely appointed and very clean. Quiet and calm environment. Staff was responsive and friendly, and free breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've had. Would definitely stay here again if we are here. Nice Stay!! We were on road trip and were searching for Hotel for One night stay. We chose this one because of the price and cleanliness. We were not disappointed. It smelled CLEAN and it was decorated in a very relaxing way. I would recommend this to anyone going thru this town, there were many restaurant nearby.. There were no issues and the staff was extremely friendly. We found the room to be very clean and the location was very easy to get to.
The beds here were really comfortable and the front desk was great. Any questions I had they answered and anything I needed they got done.
I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Dickinson, ND and had a wonderful experience. I normally don't bother to write a review one way or another but the employees were always smiling, my rooms were cleaned very well every day, and the breakfast was good. I would also like to compliment the front desk workers. Everytime i was looking for a nice restraunt or for something to do they always gave me good advice. I will definitely be staying there again when I am in the area.
