Worst experience. Managers are extremely rude. Employees steal from guest. Bugs in multiple rooms. They retaliate if you complain. Incompetent and inadequate in multiple levels of service, supplies, responses and customer service. If the owner was smart he/she would be doing a complete over haul starting with Assistant manager and General manager.
