The list of problems just began.. first the room wasn’t ready when we got there to check in at check in time, then their was no towels for the pool area they had to wash some, then the ac/heat until was making a Loud knocking noise they came up and the girl said it’s a known issue called manager but their was no other rooms to transfer to... the temperature wasn’t working properly and she said it’s broke and needed fixed so we shouldn’t have been placed in the room.
