They have bed bugs extremely bad we traveled 8 hours last night and woke up with bites and check the beds and bed bugs everywhere
This is the worst staff I’ve ever encountered the manager their yelled and charged my card several times what we you do DONT STAY HERE AND TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS DONT STAY HERE
RecommendedI checked into another hotel and was horrified, I found this place and I am so surprised at how now this place is! This is a great place and room is great! I’m glad I found this place! We stayed for a few days and while the hotel was semi-decent and prices not too bad, the staff was very unfriendly and rude.
Very convenient stopover when you're driving the Blue Ridge Parkway! I had requested a room on an upper floor, and that's what I got. Very comfortable king-size bed and a nice chaise. Both a shower and a tub for those who want a choice. The property manager was the same when I checked in and checked out; she was very pleasant and helpful. It seems like a very NICE place. The staff could have been a little friendlier. Nice set up. Loved the shower/tub shower combo. But, my wife found a cockroach in the living area.
Our hotel room looked nice as we came in the room. The bathroom could have been cleaned better. There were stains on the shower curtain and on the bed sheets. The microwave hadn’t been cleaned. I have been in other Quality Inns before that are better than this. They also had to give us a different room because something was wrong with the room we paid for online. There was no phone call or email about this. We didn’t find this out until we arrived. We will definitely stay else where!!!!
This is a perfect stop to RON ifyou you're riding Blue Ridge Parkway from Cherokee. Very reasonable and includes hot breakfast... scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, etc. Best part: right next door to The 611 Great Steak Company. Comparable to Outback butI the hav e a salad and taco bar!
