Terrible customer service
Recommendedjust that we had a good nite sleep with no with no problems.
Maybe it could be the poop finger print by the towels or the used snot rag on the towels???

Se sabe que tienes un horario para desocupar la habitación pero por 5 minutos que estás recogiendo tus cosas empezaron a amenazar que por cada minuto que tardarás serían 20 dlls más y te tratan como si fueras a robarte algo o como si no les hubieras dejado tu targeta en recepción para que cobren lo que se debe el caso es que nos trataron mal y no regresaremos ahí ténganlo por seguro, tenemos muchas experiencias con varios hoteles y nunca en ningún otro se habían portado así, aparte no está tan igienico
This place is gross!! I don't understand how they're getting funded/staying open! I stayed at a Quality Inn in New Mexico and it was PHENOMENAL! This one is straight *trash*! The door's deadbolt is cracked, the bathtub is dirty, there's cobwebs in every corner, the rooms smell terrible, and the staff is very unprofessional.
unfortunately this is a very bad hotel. It is not only in a horrible part of town but there were people smoking meth outside. I was in the room for 3 minutes then I called the Choice Hotels corporate number. I went downstairs to check out not even an hour later and they would not give me a refund. I called to speak with management today and the manager was incredibly rude. she didnt listen to my concerns & she cut me off fast. I would never recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.
don't stay here the whole place is shady I literally watched a drug deal from my patio. the room was dirty I have no clue what was on the walls and everything smelled dirty.
