Charles is AMAZING ! He went above and beyond on my tattoo ! He was super knowledgable and again did a superb job piecing my tattoo together. He even free handed most of my tattoo on my body . It's so perfect it looks like a stencil. Beyond impressed with this guy! I will for sure be back ! :) your my new guy Charles !
