Terri was wonderful. Kept me updated on when he was coming all day. Showed up when he said he was going to show up. He was amazing with my son who became his side kick. He was able to find the problem right away and had the solution immediately. In no time, my AC was working. Thank you Terri.
Met with terry he is very honest and knowlegeable. I never lived in a home with gas heat or central air he explained my system to me, he gave me options to consider . As a retired police officer he is a breath of fresh air. I would like him to be my heating and ac guy.

When Terry came fo the house go be got right down to business. His diagnosis was quick and simple. It turned out to be a loose wire causing the problem of ent my central AC not working. What was also cool was that he was veteran Judy like me. He took care of me and told me things I can do to prolong the life of my unit which was cool. Definitely recommend. Top notch service.
