I only want a few things when staying in a hotel/motel: 1. Clean room; 2. Comfortable bed; 3. Good shower; and 4. Reliable internet At this venue I got 3 of the 4. Internet was terrible. It dropped out around 4pm and was intermittent thereafter. I expect better from a venue that promotes itself as 4-Star.
Convenient location but also very loud. Lots of traffic noise. The staff were super friendly and the spa room was comfortable.
This hotel is true to its name QUALITY. Newish so everything looks great and clean. Took us a bit to find our room - no reception to assist us as we arrived late but its a non-issue to us - just sharing our experience.
Responsive and wonderful service. Rooms were clean and people were nice.
