Well let me say this this is not my first review I'm very unhappy ..me,my husband an four kids went over summer only because of indoor pool I paid for 3 nights .. the pool heater was out we we're gonna leave first night but was told no promised it would be fixed.. we spoke to manager every day we we're told it was gonna be fixed .. an was not my kids 2 of them came home I had to pay an take them to doctor for getting sick ... because pool was so cold.. manager told us we was gonna get 2 free nights ..we did not recieve them ... read more
Checked into our room and there was a dirty undershirt hanging in the bathroom. We had to call for our room to be cleaned after being there for 2 days (total stay 5 days) because no one had come to change trash or clean bathroom. Then one morning a maintenance man burst into our room because he thought no one was inside and he need to check above the boiler room! No one ever offered a sincere apology and we will definitely not be back with my family.
It as a great place to stay friendly staff and a safe environment .
Had a awesome day today I shall return coming!
