Half plugs didn't work. Tub faucet were ready to fall off. Promised xtra towels never got them. For a suite it was a dump. One good note...food was good

Good place for event's, also has an indoor pool for those days you may want to go swimming in the winter months

Very good spot. Clean and staff was very friendly
We decided to stay here due to the indoor pool since it was my son's birthday... Checked in late front desk clerk was training but they were awesome... Breakfast was great we did not expect the buffet... While taking the kids for a swim there were some other children which was fine... After lunch we decided to let the kids go swimming again... But OMG the kids... It seemed like there were 3 parties going on at once... Kids of course enjoyed the company but some of those kids were bullying my kids... I had to withdraw them be... read more

Here now horrible service Josie is rude would not give extra towels are change there hair infested bedding I had to wash it myself no manager in duty and can not get any assistance!!!! ****update***** Imagine my suprise when I tried to call me Shane bk cause I missed his call cause I was with a patient and he never called bk and now today I go to use my debit card only to discover y'all have charged me again
