I would never hire them again
Worst of the worst, service with this company started 09/12/21– it is not resolved as of 11/17/21. Two months with no furnace due to complete lack of Follow up on this companies part and a complete lack of professionalism. owner Trent is awful with communication, by that I mean he doesn’t communicate at ALL. Refuses to complete contracted work and refuses to reach out to companies per contract descriptions stating he “doesn’t have time” to wait on hold.
