Very poor customer service. No communication from them. I had to call daily for a week so get my system serviced. I was promised a supervisor would call back and they never did. I paid $500 to fix my water system on Aug 27. A week later it had the same problem. It is now 10/8 and I still don’t have water service. I was told it would be another week before they could come out because the part is in Fresno an hour away. The service people are great it’s just the office and management that’s the problem. Fast Friendly and Timely service. Thank you so much for such a smooth experience
They were great at installing the equipment but when something broke they told us it would be "a week or more" for the part to come. It has now been over two months and when we call we get the same answer of a week or more. Why can I track a part from China but they can't figure out when this part, under warranty, will be delivered. Meanwhile we cannot use this expensive equipment though it is under warranty.
