The Inspector, Alton Parris, didn't perform a complete inspection on a house my husband and I were trying to buy in December. We disputed the inspection within the 5 business days as stated on our inspection report and backed out of the contract. On February 17th, he emailed me an invoice for a full inspection. On March 9th, Alton sent me another email, threatening me with a lawsuit if he didn't have his payment in full by March 17th.
