We are really enjoying the new windows we had installed! The amount of light coming into our house is amazing. We had a miscommunication with Quality Home Exteriors, but it was resolved quickly and they worked with us to fix the issue. The installers worked quickly and left our home and yard clean. We look forward to working with QHE for future projects on our home.
We love the new siding on our house. It’s transformed from a dated looking 1970’s home into a modern looking home with lots of character and great curb appeal. This will most definitely add value to our home. From the time we met with the representative to go over siding options clear to the very end they made sure everything met our expectations. I'd been thinking about replacing the windows in my living room for approximately two years. I have to admit that I was nervous about the expense of the upgrade but after looking at the product and how it compared to other companies, I knew it was what I wanted fr my home. Quality home exteriors did an amazing job on my sighting. I was reluctant to go through with it at first since I had talked to a door-to-door salesman. But the salesman showed me examples of their superior product and compared them to inferior products. I really liked the way that the sighting looked and it's insulation qualities really caught my attention. I originally heard of Quality Home Exteriors from someone going door to door handing out information. I knew I needed to make some updates to my home so I made an appointment and I talked with Greg. I felt very comfortable with him and the product he had to offer. I knew this was a huge investment but was offered what I hope was a fair and affordable monthly payment with a financing company. Quality Home Exteriors installed 3 new windows and a sliding glass door. The installation crew was on time, efficient and very friendly. I was in the process of redoing the walls and the crew even offered to come back at a later date to finish the trim on the inside.
Our windows were original (1985) and were in terrible shape. Broken seals, decaying frames, you name it. It’s been one of those things we’ve needed to do for years, but never had the right opportunity until Quality Home Exteriors knocked on our door. They were exactly what we needed when we needed it. First of all we enjoyed the program directors who came out to our house to discuss our needs, concerns and answer questions. There was no pressure to buy which was unexpected. It was exciting to pick out our roofing color and not too long afterwards, came installation day. Our roof looks awesome.
