We had a new roof put on 4/16/18. The dumpster arrived at 7:30 AM, the crew of 8 arrived at 8:00AM and started right to work removing two layers of shingles from the roof. The crew was professional, polite, and very hard working. The shingles arrived at 10:30 AM right after the roof had been cleaned off. This crew worked nearly constantly until after 8:00 PM. They were very good about cleaning up anything that had landed in the yard, ours and our neighbor's. I would not hesitate to hire the company again.
They did a fantastic job on windows we had installed. They beat they date of the original install. They were done in less than 2 days for 17 windows. Only issue was a screen that was broken but they replaced it without any issue.
We needed a new living room window but weren't going to go out of our way to replace our old drafty window. Quality Home Exteriors showed up on our doorstep, which I'm usually apprehensive about, but the salesman, Scott, was very nice and we decided to go for it after talking pricing. We had siding put on our house and gutters. We worked with Greg and appreciate all his efforts in getting this job completed. Most of the work is well done. We are grateful to have gutters that do not leak.
I recently had new windows installed, replacing some old, drafty ones. All three of the windows are very high quality, and all the interactions that I had with the sales associate and the installation team went very well. In total, it took about two hours per window from start to finish, and the install team was professional and cleaned up the mess when they were done. I would highly recommend this company to any homeowner in the future, and I'll be using them again to update the siding on my garage!
Great job by QHE! I knew I needed windows, from cracked to foggy, my 35yr old windows were in sad shape. The salesman was courteous and very helpful. within a matter of a few minutes we had a plan and the cost figured out. The installation crew was great, their attention to details and quality of work was top notch. Happy with all the above.
From start to finish, Quality Home Exteriors gets a 5 star rating from my wife and me. We had entertained 2 different siding company salespersons prior to meeting with QHE and after the first 2 experiences, I was reluctant to repeat the process. This company literally dropped off at our doorstep. In my opinion, sales people are quite pushy and I have no problem telling them thanks but no thanks. The sales rep from this company was upfront with all costs and did not push anything on our family. We needed gutter guards and this company made that happen. They were backed up by about a month, but they completed the job prior to winter. We haven't had the chance to see them in action, but they look very well made. Don't hesitate to use this company! 5 stars!
Quality Home Exteriors was a joy to work with - we'll definitely be recommending them to our friends and family! We replaced about half our windows this January. On the day of installation, they arrived on time and were very professional.
