I recommend current or prospective tenants know their rights. Make sure you and your landlord are complying with state laws to save unnecessary spending and stress on both ends. Many lease agreements like Quality Hill's contradict these laws. For instance, we have an ongoing problem with neglected maintenance requests. Also, they gave us a sheet of paper with our move-out paperwork "requiring" that you clean your carpets. Landlords legally cannot make you pay for normal wear and tear in your unit. you cant get a better place to rent from .. everything was great .from the office to maintenance were all on point 100%.. i'll miss it ......
The location was safe and the apartment was well maintained. I enjoyed my time in the Quality Hill Apartments.
