Have had them servicing multiple units for years. Turns out they havent been servicing them thoroughly. Boiler parts were in terrible shape when I happened to have an additional provider take a look at it (I have pics). Furnaces failed because they never cleaned out the condensate lines. Now I have a water leak coming through my ceiling. Instead of doing the right thing they are coming up with nothing but excuses.
