By far the worst customer serve I’ve ever received. While the technicians are all very friendly their customer service representative LAUREN is extremely RUDE. I’ve had a service technician come out to my home Three times and can’t seem to figure out what’s going on with my furnace. In the summer, It was blowing warm and now it’s winter and it seems the system is either overheating and giving by off an overwhelming scent of burning plastic or blowing out cool air. We've used this company for 20+ years. The technicians are always very knowledgeable and cordial. Tim S. was super knowledgeable when he did our yearly furnace check yesterday.
Hands down the best a/c company I've dealt with. Recently dealt with 3 other companies. Technician was able to diagnose the issue within 5 minutes and fixed quickly. Pricing is very competitive. Highly recommended.
We've been with Quality Heating & Cooling for many years as they've done a wonderful job conducting our twice-a-year HVAC checks. This year, our AC unit unexpectedly was having issues cooling our home. They sent a tech out same day to investigate and discovered we had a refrigerant leak though was unable to locate it. After recharging with some refrigerant and adding a UV dye to trace the leak, we called them back about a week later. Have had good experience with Quality in the past but very disappointed in my most recent interaction. Had a furnace go out in my office and called to have a tech come out and take a look at it. Visit was scheduled for 2-4 on a Friday. I was in the building until 3:30 and had two employees here until 4:15. Tech did not show or call in the specified time window and when I called the following Monday to follow up I was told the tech did come and also tried calling.
