My wife called and left a message twice on Wednesday 5/11/19 and no one from Quality returned her call. We know it’s Spring, however waking up with the temperature at 59° in the house with a broken furnace that Quality installed and now they seem to not want to respond. This does not make a customer want to recommend Quality.
