I hate to have to leave a negative review like this, but here we are. First off, the folks at Quality Heating and Air Conditioning have provided us with excellent service over the years, but our most recent experience with them has been disheartening. When installing a new furnace his workers brought it in using the stairs. While they did use a drop cloth they left significant damage on each hardwood stair.
